I've been without internet again. Last time it was anticipated and even planned (we moved my office space). I was so busy at the time, I hardly noticed that I was without a computer or internet for nearly a week. This time it was an unexpected problem (router, modem...?) DH invested the time needed talking to telephone techies to get us back in biz. But it's been several days since I could get online, pick-up mail etc.
I can hardly remember back to a time when not having internet wouldn't have mattered. It has become such a daily tool for communication, research, entertainment, etc. that when it's down it's a real inconvenience. Such is life in the 21st century.
It's good to be back online.

Isn't that crazy!? When our service goes down we have such a fit! Even at work...when pc's go down, the world just ends!
